RTP Flooring

Just had my flooring done in my living and family rooms. Rod and his crew did a wonderful job, everyone was detailed oriented and very precise with the work at hand. Cannot say enough with the results as they did a wonderful job from the start to finish. I would definitely recommend RTP Flooring to everyone I know needing flooring work done.

We used RTP for LVT Plank in a rental we have and the new flooring changed the house dramatically. Rod, Pedro and Koa were great to work with and were totally dedicated to making sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. Not only did they install the flooring beautifully, they did a wonderful job on the baseboards as well. I highly recommend RTP, they really are the best!

I am in the process of replacing some laminate flooring that was damaged by a flooding incident inside my house. I looked at another site and found names of several flooring installers, I picked three of them and have them all come out to the house, and chose RTP flooring because they had A lot of good reviews. I spoke to Rod on the phone for a good 20 minutes before he even came out and he told me lots of information about replacing the floor and what to use for the best final results. I was very impressed with his knowledge, as he told me he has been doing this for over 30 years, I've decided he was going to do this job. He also had the best price. When he first came out and pulled up the old laminate, there was a plastic film on top of the concrete, and one that was pulled off the concrete was very wet as he could tell with his water feeling meter. He could have saved time and started installing the floor that same day, but he told me he shouldn't because the moisture in the concrete would eventually ruin the new floor going on top. He knows of a lot of flooring installers that would not have waited. After the floor was dry and he started installing the new floor, he took a lot of time to be sure all of the angles on the edges of the laminate pieces lined up perfectly with either walls or other transitions. Even though it's only halfway installed, as there is lots of furniture on carpet that has to be moved before he can put the laminate down, it looks fantastic. His coworker, Koa, was just as careful doing things and the two of them make a great team. If anyone ever asks me about someone that should be installing a floor for them I would not hesitate to recommend RTP flooring for a nanosecond!

RTP Flooring installed vinyl plank purchased from Cali Bamboo. From quote to finish, the job completed was better than I ever thought possible. Rod and Koa delivered on everything promised and finished the job earlier than expected. They met and exceeded our expectations. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and dependable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and provided good information on how to properly care for the floor going forward, which I greatly appreciated. There were no concerns or issues whatsoever. However, I do believe if there WERE an issue, it would have been resolved satisfactorily. RTP Flooring demonstrated professional integrity and offered a very acceptable price point. I highly recommend RTP Flooring.
