We needed to get a replacement thermostat installed and had trouble finding someone who would charge a reasonable price. When I saw the estimate from Air Pros, I thought it was the price to come out and just look at the job, but Asha, the owner, told me that it was the actual price, not an estimate. We scheduled it and Mark came out to do the job. It took him longer than we had estimated because there were some problems that we did not know about. He had to call the thermostat company and then he tried a second time to install the thermostat and found that the problem was a blocked connection so even though the thermostat was functional, it would not work when connected to the system. Mark did not give up and he got it to work after removing the obstruction. We highly recommend this company and Mark. It was wonderful working with them. when it came time to pay, I offered to pay a bit more because the work was more involved than anticipated, but they would not hear of it.

Mark responded to our call for a diagnostic evaluation for an air-conditioning unit that didn't stop operating once the desired temperature was achieved. He checked contacts and pressures in the condenser outside, and the condenser moisture flow in the attic-mounted unit. He provided information about how the air-conditioning device functions, and spent extra time when "ruling out" possible causes for why the unit didn't shut off when we thought it would. He was professional, patient, and kind. We plan to make Air Pros our "go-to" HVAC company.

The team did a good job. We had a few issues come up, but Air Pros was willing to work with me. I appreciated their flexibility and understanding. They were courteous as well. My A/C is working now and I'm happy about that.

Had a capacitor issue starting on Monday of this extremely scorching week. After suffering for so many days, we decided to call Air Pros. Asha was super helpful, and managed to fit us in right before they closed! Mr. Allen came to the house on the same day hours apart, and identified the issue with such efficiency. He was extremely professional and COVID-conscious, not to mention that he answered all of our questions with such patience. It was a great experience, and they'll definitely be the first guys I'll call if there's maintenance to be done.

Had a capacitor go out on our AC unit on a Sunday at 3 pm. Called around to multiple places but Mark from Air Pros was the only one that could come out same day. Within an hour, Mark was at our home fixing the problem. He was friendly, answered all of my questions and even showed me some things I can do to protect my unit. Also was upfront about what he was doing and the cost for the service. Highly recommend to go with Air Pro's and I will be using them again for any future issues.

Our A/C stopped working. Mark came by the same day I called, at 6:30pm, after a long & busy day. He diagnosed the problem (compressor motor failure) and has the new part on order. We really appreciate the Air Pros team and their customer service.
